Trade Stand Registration

Sandon Fete works closely with commercial businesses and individual sole traders. We offer a small quantity of trade stand space on a first come, first served basis. The stand space sells out very quickly due to being limited. If your considering a trade stand, please book it as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

All stands need to be paid for at the time of booking. To book a trade stand complete the order form below, and we will contact you by return with our bank details. We are not able to accept card payments. All Bookings are non-refundable.

If you are able to dress your stand with traditional fete props such as Flags/Bunting to compliment the event, please feel free to do so! We will contact you once you have submitted the form, as you will also need to send your certificate of insurance.

If you would like to take part in our event, please complete the trade stand order form below. Before completing the form, please read our "Trade stand information page" before booking. We are unable to accept some types of stands, so please be accurate in your stand descriptions. We will contact you by email once you have completed the order form to confirm acceptance. Please do not attend the show without an emailed acceptance from our event secretary.
