EXHIBITOR Entry into the show is by Pre-Registration Only
*Please do not attend in your historic vehicle unless you have
pre- registered due to limited exhibition space.
Once you complete registration we will email you a copy of your booking application form for your records. Within 24hrs you should receive an additional email confirming your acceptance into the show, and it also contains specific information for our Transport Show exhibitors.

Demand to exhibit at our Transport show is always high, we recommend early registration to avoid disappointment. Entries will close when all exhibition spaces are full. (This is on a first come, first served basis)
What makes bringing a vehicle or stationery engine to Sandon show different from most other shows? Well.. simply put; it's the variety. We offer traditional fete stalls and games, competitions, raffles, a giant car boot sale, and then of course our friendly and relaxed Transport show. This wide selection of activities makes it a fun afternoon for all, bringing a variety of visitors from different ages and backgrounds. We attract between 2000 and 3000 visitors every year, ensuring your entry is show cased to as many people as possible.
Our Transport Show is run on an informal basis, we don't have any categories of show, or winners for any specific type of entry. We offer a simple relaxing day in a fantastic scenic part of Staffordshire. So why not sit back, have a coffee and a sandwich, help us raise funds for some fantastic charities whilst you enjoy the interaction with our visitors.
Entry into the show is FREE for the driver and ONE passenger. Any further passengers please return to the entrance after you have parked up to pay your admission fee. We do accept voluntary donations from our Transport Show exhibitors to help with our fund raising.
