Trade Stands
All applications for trade stands must be approved by the show organisers in writing (usually by email) at least one week prior to the event. Unfortunately we cannot accept any requests for trade stands which have not been pre-booked with our event secretary.

Petrol/Diesel generators, are not permitted. Silent rechargeable power packs may be used in some circumstances, please let us know if you need to use one when you register for trade space.

We are unable to offer trade stand space for the selling of Alcohol, Tobacco, Chemicals, Fireworks or any Hazardous products.

Subject to approval you can hire one of three types of trade space-
​
a) 3m x 3m (At a cost of £25.00)
b) 6m x 3m (At a cost of £40.00)
c) 8m x 4m (At a cost of £55.00) *Type C is for purpose built vehicles/trailers (coach built)

* All Trade stands need to supply their own table and suitable chairs, we also recommend you bring a gazebo or open sided tent; for use in hot or inclement weather.

All trade stands must hold their own event insurance, a copy must be sent to the show organisers at least 14 days before the event.

We have imposed a maximum weight limit of 3.0 tonnes for specialist coach built mobile stands. Cars, vans and commercial vehicles are only permitted on the show field during set up and take down. During the show they must be moved to the car park.

If our stewards deem your stand, trailer or vehicle to be unsuitable to attend our show, we reserve the right to refuse entry. In this unlikely event we would of course refund your stand fee.
